We will arrange the pickup by secure courier of your regulator set from either your home address or work or wherever you specify. Your regulators will then be returned to us here and serviced by a fully qualified and experienced technician. Your regulators will then be securely packaged and returned to you along with any replaced parts and a report from the technician.
All this for the fantastic price of £75.00 + £10.00 Carriage (1st Stage + 2nd stage + Octopus) or £55.00 + £10.00 Carriage for a Pony Regulator setup (1st stage + 2nd stage)
Why should you get your regulators serviced each year or after 50 hours diving?
- Many manufacturers make this a condition of their warranties - If you are teaching - this is the minimum standard practice expected by the HSE - Deposits grow inside regulators making them potentially dangerous - In salt water diving, the salt corrodes the internal parts. - Your regulators deliver the air you breath - regular servicing will give you confidence in their reliability - Our 3 month warranty as described below.
What happens to your regulators when they come to us for their annual/50 hour service?
- First we record your regulators current settings - Then we record your regulators configuration - Next we strip the first stage and second stages of the regulator set down into its component parts - We remove all of the old seals, these will be bagged up and returned to you. - Your regulators are then given a full clean in a sonic bath. - Using the appropriate manufacturers service kits we replace all of the seals provided. - We then rebuild regulator set as per your configuration. - The interstage and magnehelic breathing pressure rates are set - The technician produces a Service Report - Your regulators will be returned to you along with the replaced parts
All work is carried out carefully by an experienced, qualified technician : in the unlikely event that you experience a problem, please return it to us immediately. We offer you a warranty for 3 months from the date of service. Should you have cause to return the equipment to us, any remedial work will be carried out free of charge.
Only additional parts not fitted at the time of the original service/repair will be charged to you. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
